Saxe Gotha partners with One Church Software to manage our online church engagement. Saxe Gotha is passionate about enabling our church family to connect with one another, keep up with what’s going on, and grow as a connected community of believers. With this tool, you have access to our various ministry areas, whether that's connecting with groups or volunteering teams, learning about church events and much more.

To better protect and improve the security of user accounts, One Church has implemented a password policy that all new passwords must adhere to. The policy is as follows:
- Must be at least 8 characters
- Cannot have 3 or more repeated characters in a row (i.e. 111, aaa, etc)
- Cannot have 3 or more sequential characters in a row (i.e. 1234, abcd, etc.)
- Cannot contain the word "onechurch" or "saxegotha"
- Password must not have been exposed in a known data breach.*
*This is a reference to the recent global password data breach that has impacted systems across the globe. One Church has NOT had any security breaches.
Important: Starting February 19th, 2024, the password policy will apply to all users. If a user logs in with a non-conformant password, they will be asked to reset their password before being granted access to the system.
