Winter/Spring Sermon Series - John

What gospel is unlike the 3 others, has Jesus telling us “I am,” is filled with symbolism, possesses the most metaphors for Jesus, loves to talk about love and is written for people like us who have not seen Jesus?  The answer, of course, is the Gospel of John.  For many John’s gospel is the first book of the Bible they have read and contains the first passage of Scripture that they have memorized – John 3:16. During our Sunday morning sermons, we will be studying together this remarkable book as we enter the new year and journey through Lent and Easter.  This study will deepen our understanding of God’s love for us and our call to love others thereby equipping us to be more faithful followers of Christ.  This will be wonderful series to invite a friend to attend!
