Please join us on Fridays in the Welcome Center from 10:15 - 11:00am to improve strength and balance. The class is $5 per session. We will use chairs, balls and exercise bands for stretching to improve flexibility, while learning proper breathing techniques. We will do feet/ankle exercises to improve circulation and flexibility of lower extremities. The class is for beginners up to intermediate participants.
